Cream Cheese Filled Chocolate Roll Cake

1 cup Almond Flour
4 tbsp. Butter, melted
3 large Eggs
1/4 cup Psyllium Husk Powder
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Erythritol
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Erythritol
1/4 tsp. Stevia
1 tsp. Vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Slowly mix in wet ingredients.
Spread dough on a baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes.
Mix together cream cheese filling.
Spread cream cheese filling over cake.
Roll tightly.
